FAQ
Do I need to replace my till?
No. Qrantz works next to whatever you use today. Orders arrive on a screen or tablet you already own.
What about guests who don't want to order by phone?
Your staff serve them exactly as before. Qrantz is an extra lane for the tables that want speed — not a replacement for service.
What does it cost?
We tell you the monthly price when we reply to your request. A fee per online payment applies: about 4% + CHF 0.30 on the Pro plan, a provisional rate. It includes the card processing cost.
How does setup work?
Once we reply, you add your menu, set up your tables and print your QR codes — and for pilot venues, we do it with you.
Who owns my menu and my data?
You do. Your menu and business data stay yours — we tell search engines and AI crawlers not to index your menu, and we don't sell your data. We pass it only to the service providers named in our privacy policy. No ads, no tracking of your guests.
What if the internet cuts out mid-service?
If the connection drops, your team can always go back to classic service — pen, pad, till.
